Haus M is a 5,360 m² residential apartment building in Zurich, Switzerland.

Haus M consists of 28 apartments over five floors, and a 950 m² day care centre. Space heating is delivered by underfloor heating via buried horizontal collectors and a Heat Pump, and cooling is not required (provided from breezes via open windows). It is triple glazed.
